The three-story, 43,500 SF facility has an academic wing and an administration wing connected by a bridge and a horizontal sun shade element. The Robert Alan Grimm Hall, Education and Business Technology Center (EBTC) houses: the office of the president, the School of Business, student services, faculty offices, campus registration, classrooms, computer labs, conference center, and state-of-the-art 215-seat auditorium. Because of the sloping site and height limitations, 7,000 cubic yards of earth and rock were removed in order to nestle the first story into the hill side.
