Coronado USD – District Office

The 11,155 SF district office building for the Coronado Unified School District includes a state-of-the-art boardroom, multiple offices, conference facilities, print room and transitional classrooms. The project site includes a landscaped courtyard and 35 on-site parking spots and 27 off-site. The subtle use of craftsman style detailing and materials, such as low sloped roofs, long overhangs, wood windows and pergolas, were intended to create a scale and texture blends with and complements the surrounding single-family neighborhood.
