North Orange County CCD – Fullerton College 700/900 Tech & Engineering Complex

Hired to provide CM Multi – Prime services, C.W. Driver was responsible for the demolition and replacement of the 34,000 SF Building 900 and tenant improvements to the 89,500 SF Building 700. Improving the aging two-story building included replacing all doors and windows, adding an elevator, installing fire sprinklers, removing the existing ceiling and replacing it with new acoustical tiles, replacing wall finishes and millwork, renovating and adding restrooms for ADA compliance, and site development to enhance overall accessibility. Swing space to accommodate classrooms displaced by the construction has been created by converting an abandoned district maintenance facility into temporary classrooms, a $5 million, fast-tracked project.
