San Diego CCD – Continuing Education, Educational Cultural Complex Phase II Wing Renov.

This project involved the addition of a new 18,135 SF wing to an existing 19,770 SF building, an extensive renovation of the existing building, and the addition of a 5,327 SF office building. The new wing provides state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, lecture and support space and accommodates workforce training and preparation programs. The College Police Substation is also housed in this wing. A 55,000 SF parking structure was also added on the site. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
