DreamWorks – Commissary Improvements

Providing high quality food service is a priority at DreamWorks. The project included an expansion and improvement of the 4,000 SF dining facility that provides breakfast and lunch for approximately 2,000 employees on a daily basis. Existing food serving stations were expanded, all serving equipment and finishes were replaced, conveyor dishwashing equipment was replaced and reconfigured, and lighting, flooring, wall, and ceiling treatments throughout the 4,000 SF dining facility were replaced and enhanced. Temporary serving and dining areas were established so that there was no interruption in service during the course of construction. Extensive night and weekend work was used to ensure that construction activities did not disrupt the daily operations of the DreamWorks campus.
