Coachella Valley Water District – Palm Desert Administrative Facility

C.W. Driver provided CM-Agency services for this new 42,000 SF, two-story building with surface parking on 5.84 acres. The new structure features a board room, education center, training rooms, staff lunch room and patio area, and office space for 108 employees. The parking areas consist of 114-staff spaces that is located on the west side of the building, and 114 public spaces located in front of the building. The scope of work for this project also included: rough grading; sewer, water and storm drain facilities; paving; exterior lighting; landscaping; security walls; and the installation of a new diesel fuel generator for back-up power. The building is constructed of masonry and steel with a standing seam roof.
