San Diego CCD – Miramar College Campus, Service Center

The Miramar Campus College Services Center consists of two new one-story buildings that centralize the campus’s Facilities Services Department. The first building houses office and conference space and provides the central hub for maintenance and operations staff. The second building consists of centralized operations and warehouse space that houses maintenance personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and spare parts. The facility also provides critical space for much-needed storage for facilities as well as maintenance bays.
