Plan Do See, Inc. – Paley at Columbia Square

With a modern take on the old Hollywood Establishment, the Columbia Square Restaurant was created to be the “go to” meeting place for Hollywood’s creative class. This 5,300 SF restaurant features a main level dining area with full bar, lounge area, wine bar, coffee bar, chef’s counter, table and booth dining, commercial kitchen, and an outdoor patio dining area and lounge. The restaurant also features a cozy and eclectic mezzanine that feels like the dressing room of an old Hollywood start. There is seating for working, dining, or lounging, and the space serves as a hip hideaway during the day and the place to bee seen at night. Many unique, retro fixtures, furniture, and finishes were selected to embody the old Hollywood feel.
