Family Health Centers – City Heights II Family Health Center

Family Health Centers of San Diego is a private non-profit community clinic organization providing comprehensive, accessible, quality healthcare services in the San Diego region. Offering a full range of health care services to all income levels from thirty locations throughout San Diego County, the organization operates 15 primary care clinics, three dental clinics, an HIV clinic and three mobile medical units. Because of the organization’s community-based emphasis, the new City Heights II Family Health Center provides primary care services in a 50,000 SF, three-story Medical Office Building with ground level tuck under parking. It is a Federally funded project so maximizing value was a critical project objective.
