The Hollister Mixed-Use Village consists of 18 luxury apartment buildings, 88,504 SF of retail development, and a clubhouse with a pool and sports bar. The project’s sitework package included the installation of new streets throughout the village and over 900 parking spaces. The 266 apartments account for more than 387,000 SF of Type V construction. The project is located along the famous Hollister Ave, just east of the Pacific Coast Highway and serves the Goleta community as well as students from the nearby UCSB campus.
