Declan Suites San Diego – Entry & 12th Floor Renovation

This project included the renovation of 20,250 SF of existing lobby, public restroom, bar/restaurant, meeting rooms, fitness center, pool area and interior of five elevators on the twelve floor at the Declan Suites hotel in downtown San Diego. Work consisted of replacement of light fixtures, new bar plumbing and reuse mechanical, and updated the fire alarm in affected areas. Demolished ceilings, walls and floors in the bar/restaurant and fitness and configured to the new layout and finishes. Provided and installed all new bar equipment and obtained health department permit and sign off.  Work was performed in about eight different phases to accommodate the hotel in order to not shut everything down at once and to work around meetings/conferences. We coordinated the turnover of spaces with owner provided material and furniture.
