The 25,000 SF Irvine High School Performing Arts Complex project will consist of ground-up construction for a single-story state-of-the-art facility. Phase one will include demolition of existing items, site utility relocations, grading and deep soil mixing columns/ground improvements. Phase two will consist of building construction, site paving, concrete flatwork, utility systems, and landscape planting/irrigation.
The steel and metal frame diaphragm building will include a combination of metal panels, plaster, and curtain wall system finishes. The interior will consist of a 650-seat main theater space with a full production stage that includes state-of-the-art sound, lighting and rigging systems. The interior of the PAC will also include a Black Box, Scene Shop, Dressing Rooms, and lobby space.
