Cal Poly Pomona – CLA Tower & Registration Building Demolition Project

This project includes the demolition of the existing 10-story CLA Tower and 4-story Registration Building, while protecting the adjacent Japanese Garden and keeping the connected 6-story Classroom Building active during demolition.  The project includes re-routing of utilities that run through the CLA Tower that service the Classroom Building. Also included are renovations to the Classroom Building resulting from the removal of the Registration Building, as well as an extension of the Japanese Gardens into the space where the CLA Tower and Registration Building were demolished.
