CSU San Bernardino – Palm Desert Campus, Student Services

The CSU San Bernardino Palm Desert Student Services project includes the construction a new Student Services building that is programmed to include an advising/tutor center, career center, library, group study rooms, cross-cultural/affinity centers, a campus bookstore, food services, student health center, a recreation and wellness center, University Police office(s), and multi-purpose rooms/classrooms. The building also includes a storage and loading dock space, and the site will include the renovation of over 200 new parking stalls. This phase also consists of significant sitework and landscape improvements, utility extensions, new outdoor recreation areas, and a campus clock tower.
