SchoolsFirst Credit Union – RH2 Headquarters

The SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union – RH2 Headquarters is a three-story office building and a one-story retail branch. The three-story office building houses administrative space and totals approximately 180,000 SF. Level one houses multipurpose rooms, an employee café, administrative space, and the main electrical room. Level two houses administrative space and supporting functions. Level three houses the executive suite, board room and supporting administrative functions. The one-story retail branch houses retail services for the federal credit union and totals approximately 5,000 SF. The project also included 310,000 SF of site improvements and off site improvements including a new traffic signal on Newport Ave.
