Pendry Newport Beach Elwood Club & Public Space Renovation

The Pendry Newport Beach Elwood Club & Public Space Renovation project includes updates to several areas of the hotel. The scope of work for the 9,500 SF Elwood Club includes a new kitchen, relocating the fitness center, the addition of a pool deck space, and relocating administrative offices. The 4,600 SF Bar Pendry renovation includes architectural upgrades and repairs, relocating the bar, adding new art and décor, and updating the audio and electrical system. The 4,100 SF SET Steak & Sushi restaurant and Lobby renovations consist of repairs and new finishes. The project also included converting an existing laundry facility into 5,000 SF of executive offices, guest rooms and meeting rooms into a 5,500 SF Pinwheel Kid’s Club, and a new Fitness Center with men’s and women’s locker rooms, fitness terrace, and studio. The 13,000 SF of exterior improvements included a complete Pool and Pool Bar renovation and a new Event Lawn.
