Irvine USD – Series 3 Building Additions and Renovations

This project covers three campuses: Culverdale, Greentree, and Santiago Hills Elementary Schools. Each campus will receive a new multipurpose building totaling 5,500 SF. The existing multipurpose room area will be renovated and converted into a new Innovation Lab and/or Design Lab. The scope of work also includes accessibility upgrades and sitework improvements. The nutrition services areas at both Greentree and Santiago Hills will be renovated and expanded, while Culverdale will receive a new nutrition services building totaling 600 SF to accommodate two speed lines, a walk-in freezer, cold storage, sinks, and a preparation area.
