Riverside CCD – Norco College, Center for Human Performance & Kinesiology

The new Center for Human Performance and Kinesiology is 56,284 SF building that includes new practice and competition courts, locker rooms, kinesiology labs, physical education space, and offices at the Norco College campus. It will replace multiple existing buildings, including the CTR Applied & Comp Tech Building, the Multipurpose W1 & W2 Building, and the West End Quad W8 Building. To support the relocation of the CTR Applied & Comp Tech program, the existing STEM 100 Building will be modernized. The scope also includes upgrading F2 Central Plant chillers.
