Driver Companies, a premier builder serving California since 1919, recently celebrated the structural topping out of Jamul Hotel, a $270M project accompanying the Jamul Casino in San Diego County, Calif. With the final beam placement, C.W. Driver Cos. celebrates the significant milestone and moves closer to the much-anticipated opening in 2025.
The $270M Jamul Hotel will be an all-new 16-story, 254,000 SF development with luxury amenities, including an upscale restaurant, speakeasy bar, resort spa, banquet space, and rooftop pool.
When completed in the Spring of 2025, the hotel will boast 200 guestrooms, including 52 suites, and have ample room for guests with a 350-space parking structure. The design partner is JCJ Architecture.
