C.W. Driver Companies, a premier builder serving California since 1919, is currently working on the construction of Jamul Hotel for Jamul Indian Village of California. Recently included in San Diego Business Journal’s “Largest Construction Projects” list, the $270M project will be a new 16-story 254,000 SF development with luxury amenities including an upscale restaurant, speakeasy bar, resort spa, banquet space, and rooftop pool. When completed in the Spring of 2025, the hotel will boast 200 guestrooms, including 52 suites, and have ample room for guests with a 350-space parking structure. The design partner is JCJ Architecture.
