Begonia Place is a mixed-use residential project with 74 apartment units. The units range from 732 SF to 1,251 SF, with two- and three-bedroom layouts in the four-story development, 19 of which are spacious multi-floor penthouses; and at ground level are two townhome-style live-work units. Common spaces throughout includes a clubhouse, business conference center, fitness facility, outdoor courtyard, and multiple lounge areas with water features. The first floor of Begonia Place provides 14,000 SF of retail and commercial space, with a secured subterranean garage.
