BSH – Office, Test Kitchen, and Showroom

This project consisted of building out a new, state-of-the-art office space, test kitchen, and showroom for BSH, a leading manufacturer of high-end appliances.  BSH is the world’s third largest leading manufacturer of high-end appliances and sells under the Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands in the U.S.  The new 17,000 SF facility houses three test/demonstration kitchens and features top of the line appliances, Cesarstone countertops, and glass tile backsplashes.  This facility also contains two large conference rooms, one with movable partitions to create a more flexible meeting space. There are also offices, an executive lounge, a training room, and an “idea work room,” all to create a forward-thinking environment. The space utilizes many high-end finishes including quartz counter-tops throughout, stainless steel finishes, exposed ceilings and ductwork, glass walls, pine flooring, and video displays recessed in the hallway walls.
