Chapman University – Irvine Health Sciences Campus T.I.

Chapman University’s new Health Science Campus embodies their forward-thinking approach to educate tomorrow’s advanced healthcare professionals. We provided tenant improvements to 90,000 SF of an existing, two-story building in Irvine to create Chapman University’s new Health Sciences Campus. The new campus consists of 20 state-of-the-art laboratories including a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Lab, Gross Anatomy Cadaver Lab, Human Biomechanics/Physiology Lab with motion-sensing force plate, and 15 classrooms. The space also includes administrative offices, student lounge areas, and two kitchens. The scope of work included site improvements, ADA upgrades, sealed concrete, new tile flooring, extensive custom casework, fume hoods, and custom finishes.
