City of Rancho Cucamonga – Victoria Gardens Cultural Center

The Victoria Gardens Cultural Center is home to three-major facilities: The Paul A. Blane Library, a 23,150 SF full-service library; the Lewis Family Playhouse, a 536 seat performing arts center that houses the MainStreet Theatre Company and many headliner shows; and Celebration Hall, a 4,500 SF multi-purpose events center with commercial prep kitchen. A one acre courtyard is at the center of the complex and two, three-level cast-in-place concrete parking structures with a total of 1,060 spaces flank the facility. The complex features highly themed interiors and multiple finishes to create an exciting experience for patrons and visitors. All buildings are structural steel on cast-in-place spread-footing foundations C.W. Driver worked closely with the design team during preconstruction, providing scheduling, estimating, constructability review, value engineering and site logistics analysis.
