Coast CCD – Orange Coast College, Literature & Languages and Social & Behavioral Sciences

The three-story, 107,760 SF building was part of a larger initiative to modernize the campus and accommodate its rapidly expanding enrollment. The new building is composed of three floors, with the second floor connecting to the Mathematics Business & Computing Center Building. The first floor has classrooms and labs, the second floor classrooms, and the third has division and faculty offices. The Literature and Language division accommodates for its two special programs, the college’s student-run newspaper the Coast Report and the Speech, Debate and Theater Team, which are both on the first floor. The building also features two elevators, lactation room, and gender neutral bathrooms on every floor.
