CSU Dominguez Hills – Student Housing & Dining Commons, Ph. IV

This design-build project is comprised of 100,000 SF of student housing that will accommodate 365 beds, and a 19,000 SF dining commons. To meet its goals of affordability, the student housing will be designed to have single, double, triple, and quadruple bed residential units with common study rooms, laundry facilities and recreational areas. The dining commons will consist of 500 seats, multiple food stations/options, an all-electric kitchen and an outdoor patio seating area on the ground floor and on the upper level. This concrete structure will be designed and constructed to achieve a LEED Silver equivalent rating for energy and environmental performance.
