CSUN – Freshmen Student Housing Phase 2 D-B

This 100,000 SF design-build project included a single five-story and two four-story buildings, adding 400 beds, generous recreation space, study areas, laundry facilities and a community coffee house named the ‘Freudian Sip.’ There are also quiet rooms for living, studying and socializing for residents, communal kitchens, classrooms, learning center, outdoor courtyards with fire pits and barbeques, an extended patio, and additional activity spaces.
