Cubic Corporation – Balboa Campus Renovations

Cubic’s Balboa Campus is located at 9333 Balboa Ave. situated between the 163 freeway and I-15. This campus serves as Cubic’s worldwide defense sector and corporate headquarters. The campus consists of four buildings. The project was a phased renovation/restacking of two of the four buildings on campus, upgrades of the campus fire alarm and BMS systems, site electrical re-alignment work for Building 2, and the demolition of Building 1. The project was logistically challenging, as the campus remained occupied throughout all phases of the project.
