DDR – Pasadena Paseo Colorado Mall Redevelopment

Paseo Colorado, also called Paseo, is an upscale outdoor mall in the heart of historic downtown Pasadena that covers three city blocks with shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. This 16-year-old mall underwent a revitalization in order to transform the retail destination into beautiful outdoor lifestyle center. The first phase of the project consisted of demolishing the old Macy’s structure, and the second phase involved restrengthening of the existing two-story below grade parking structure to allow for a future addition of 360,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.
