This new, 17,000 SF church in Mission Viejo is an expansion to their current facilities that allows seating for 1,200 people – doubling their capacity. The St. Kilian Catholic Church project started by demolishing the existing church building to make room for the new facilities. Scheduling, phasing, and staging had to be carefully managed as the rest of St. Kilian’s campus remained fully operational during construction. The project consisted of constructing a new, 17,000 SF church building featuring high-end, imported finishes, state-of-the-art A/V equipment, new restrooms, and stained glass. This project also included extensive site work including AC paving, concrete curbs and gutters, landscape and irrigation, ample surface parking, and site lighting.
