Episcopal Communities & Services (ECS) – MonteCedro Senior Living Altadena

The MonteCedro Senior Living Altadena project consists of four new, separate senior living residential buildings, adding 40 independent living apartments to meet new resident demand. The proposed new “Villa” buildings will be two and three stories in height, with two of the structures over a below-grade parking garage podium level that also houses an exposed auditorium space for full campus use at the south end. In addition to the Phase 2 work, the project will also include approximately 10,000 SF of interior renovations to the existing Phase 1 building. The renovations are going to be made to a variety of primary public and amenity spaces on the ground level.
