Euclid Investment Group – Downtown Ontario Luxury Apartments

The Downtown Ontario Luxury Apartments project consists of the construction of 144 market-rate rental housing units, totaling 158,746 SF of residential space. The project will include 5,504 SF of ground level retail and 1,936 SF of recreation/lease space fronting Euclid Avenue. The project also includes an outdoor pool and open space area for residents. One-bedroom units range in size from 690-740 SF, and two-bedroom units range in size from 975-1,050 SF. This project is part of the City’s continued efforts to revitalize downtown Ontario with new “urban” high-density residential units.
