Grossmont UHSD – Monte Vista High School, Phase 2

C.W. Driver provided Lease/Leaseback construction services for this phased project that involved: Moving existing relocatable buildings, along with the related demolition and site preparation; construction of a new Science Building, and the related site preparation; and a new 14,000 SF science classroom building. The program consisted of ten classrooms, two Chemistry, five Biology and one Physics, and new restrooms. The underground utility infrastructure (wet and dry) utilities were removed, rerouted, and installed consistent with the underground utilities infrastructure plan.
