Grossmont UHSD – Mount Miguel High School

C.W. Driver’s ability to successfully manage complex multi-phased projects with short time lines is well demonstrated by our recent work on Grossmont UHSD’s Mt. Miguel High School. The scope of work included replacement of all underground utilities, replacement of site flatwork and the modernization of 48 classrooms in six classroom. All this had to be performed on an operating campus without loss of facility use. C.W. Driver planned and implemented a detailed multi-phased approach to complete the work. The modernization of an existing occupied high school campus in three phases consisting of Interim Housing, Infrastructure Upgrades and Building Modernizations.
