Welbrook Senior Living – Arlington Renovation

This project involved the complete renovation of two existing buildings including resident rooms, common areas, and dining facilities. The project team renovated  212 resident rooms, bringing both buildings up to ADA standards, installed a new fire sprinkler system, and added a state-of-the-art nurse call system. The two buildings total 84,000 SF including 23 units, which were converted into a Memory Care wing. The new Memory Care wing included a new kitchen, dining facilities, group activity rooms, access controls, and new courtyard improvements. The scope of work also featured an elevator modernization, exterior building improvements, site lighting and enhancements, and a complete new sign package.
