The new Burger Theory Restaurant at the Holiday Inn features a Grab & Go food area, new bar, buffet station, large dining room, and upgrades to the back-of-house kitchen. This project consists of the renovation and enhancement of the Holiday Inn’s outdated restaurant, transforming it into a modern burger bar. Specifically, project scope includes demolition of the existing bar/restaurant, new HVAC configuration, upgraded electrical, modern finishes, and a Grab & Go food station. The project was completed while the hotel remained fully operational, requiring the project team to carefully coordinate all work with Hotel Management in order to mitigate disruptions and maintain guest safety.
