This project covered three campuses: Culverdale, Greentree, and Santiago Hills Elementary Schools. Each campus received a new multipurpose building totaling 5,500 SF. The existing multipurpose room areas were renovated and converted into new Innovation Labs and/or Design Labs. The scope of work also included accessibility upgrades and sitework improvements. The nutrition services areas at both Greentree and Santiago Hills were renovated and expanded, while Culverdale received a new nutrition services building totaling 600 SF to accommodate two speed lines, a walk-in freezer, cold storage, sinks, and a preparation area.
