Mark IV Capital – MacArthur Offices

This project involved constructing a new, two-story LEED Silver office building with a 9,142 SF underground parking garage in the Koll Business Center near Santa Ana airport. The construction of the building was divided into two phases. The first phase of the project was the removal of paving, excavation of the basement garage and ramp area, and minor grading of the site. The second phase included constructing the building’s core and shell. The office building is steel framed with travertine stone veneer, curtain wall glazing, and a two-story, structural glass entrance.
