The Menifee Valley Middle School reconstruction project consisted of 71,277 SF of new construction and additions to the campus. Two new state-of-the-art classroom buildings were constructed with Flex Labs, active learning spaces optimized for use in the arts, music, or sciences. Classrooms are adjacent to outdoor learning spaces and have abundant natural light. An addition to the Visual Arts and Performing Arts Center, the space includes new music and choir space as well as a renovated stage. The new large and open library has a flexible plan configuration, abundant natural light, collaboration areas, and soft seating. A new academic courtyard anchors the new campus. Renovations to the existing locker rooms include ADA upgrades, finish improvements AV improvements, and Washer/Dryer addition.
