Meriwether Companies – Griffin Club Renovation

This project transformed the Beverly Hills Country Club, originally built in 1926, into a modern, luxury clubhouse for the Griffin Tennis Club in Beverly Hills.  The scope of work included upgrades to the three-level, 40,390 SF clubhouse, locker rooms, and pool bar. The project consisted of structural upgrades, new exterior glass with Nana Sliding doors, exterior wood siding, new patio deck pavers, pool bar remodel, and a new Porte Cochere. Interior spaces such as the locker rooms, restrooms, and lobby were also part of the modernization project. Sections of the Griffin Club remained open during construction.
