Millennium Partners – Burbank Marriott Convention Center and Guest Room Remodel

This project called for the renovation of the stylish and contemporary Burbank Marriott Airport Hotel located across from the Burbank Airport and 10 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles. This project consisted of the renovation and enhancement of the entire resort and was completed in two phases. The first phase included improvements to the 46,000 SF conference center, along with renovations to 488 keys in both the East and West towers. Phase Two included renovations to the public spaces including the meeting rooms, restrooms, boardroom, fitness center, great room, and lobby. The resort remained fully occupied during renovation, and the lobby remained open at all times.
