The 57,374 SF, three-story STEM Building included science labs and lecture rooms, general classrooms, math and general studies labs, and faculty offices. The Menifee campus’ growing biology, physical science, and math programs had previously been decentralized due to space constraints, with facilities spread across several buildings. This project provided a centralized location for these programs and established a permanent space for the math department’s instruction.
