Prolacta – Office, Lab, & Manufacturing Facility

The project included a new office and production facilities for Prolacta Bioscience, a company that provides milk-based nutrients for premature babies. The project was primarily a tenant improvement project with select exterior improvements including new storefront opening, windows, and minor parking modifications. The new build-out of this space was divided into two phases, one for office space and the second for production and storage space.
