Prometheus Laboratories – Research Laboratory Expansion

This design-build expansion project included new office space, general-purpose meeting and conference rooms, research laboratories and a class 10,000 cleanroom.  The work involved extensive coordination of mechanical and electrical systems to avoid impacting on-going R&D and production activities. The project had tight deadlines and budget constraints. Through excellent trade coordination, this fast track project was completed ahead of schedule and 8% under the final budget.
