San Diego CCD – City College “M” Classroom Building

The M Building renovation consisted of approximately 20,000 SF for student support services, common areas, offices and associated support space. While the college maintained student support services in the existing A Building, the scope of student services for the M building focused on existing students and the specialized needs not pertaining to A Building services. The building consists of a design-build renovation of an existing two- story building.
