Santa Monica-Malibu USD – Roosevelt Elementary School, TK/K New Classrooms & Library Project

This project consists of two phases. Phase one comprises the demolition of three portables and two classrooms in Building K. Phase two includes the new construction of a 5,000 SF library, seven new TK/K classrooms totaling 1,350 SF, and a 1,600 SF teacher workshop / storage area. Additional improvements include a new TK/K exterior play area, outdoor classrooms, a library courtyard, a new campus entry, and an exterior renovation of Building J.
