SDSU – Storm & Nasatir Halls

This project entailed a renovation to approximately 100,000 SF in two existing 1957 buildings, plus a new 30,000 SF lecture/classroom building and the Aztec Shops Terrace.The first of the three buildings is a single-story lecture hall building, the second, a three-story 30,000 SF lecture hall/ office building, and the last houses a Starbucks, Aztec Grill and Aztec Market with indoor and outdoor seating. Upgrades to the existing complex are in line with current health, safety, energy and access standards, and have improved energy conservation.
