Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians – New Casino & Hotel

The new replacement casino and hotel project for Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians is a 510,000 SF resort development that includes a mix of restaurants, a convention center, and fitness center. The project includes a 140,000 SF casino that stands on 37.5 acres of land. The casino includes 2,000 slot machines, 24 table games, and 100,000 SF of back of house space. The development also includes a six-story, 200-room hotel. The hotel includes a 10,000 SF lobby lounge, 22,000 SF of food service, and a 15,000 SF of conference space. In addition, there are six food outlets, a pool and sports bar, and surface parking of approximately 1,400 spaces.
