This project includes tenant improvement to this existing building to create a high-end showroom, office space, and test kitchen for Subzero/Wolf Corporate. Complete tenant improvements to this existing 9,333 SF building create a new, high-end showroom and test kitchen for Subzero and Wolf appliances, as well as a new exterior vestibule and patio addition with retractable awnings. The space includes indoor and outdoor kitchen vignettes along with product display areas, prep kitchens, and demonstration kitchens. In addition, there are administrative offices, a conference room, storage rooms, lounge area, and coffee bar.
