UCR – Student Recreation Center Expansion

The project consisted of a 9,000 SF renovation and 80,000 SF of new construction within a two-story building. The expansion provides additional fitness and activity spaces integrating with the existing building and site creating a unified recreation complex with a LEED Gold certification status. The new amenities include a swimming pool & spa, indoor jogging track, indoor climbing & bouldering wall, additional indoor courts, state-of-the-art fitness lab & massage therapy room, additional cardio & weight equipment, multi-purpose rooms, tennis courts, and demonstration kitchen.
